Scrapbook Notebook 8

We are pleased to announce that we will be launching issue 8 in our Scrapbook Notebook series later this summer.

In the past year, since publishing issue 7, we have considered all of the feedback that our audience has shared and used this to evolve the design into what we hope you will feel is our best ever issue. Issue 8’s cover artwork is by Brazilian based collage artist Andre Bergamin.

Our feature article 'Welcome Back to Dreamland' has an exclusive interview with designers Wayne & Jack Hemingway on their inspiration behind revitalising one of Britain’s best loved seaside amusement parks; Dreamland in Margate. Our illustrator, Sarah Beetson, is currently artist in residence at Coney Island NYC, interestingly the original inspiration to Dreamland's creator John Henry Iles and she shares the enduring inspiration she finds here. In addition, Scrapbook 8 contains our popular Q&A interviews with 6 of our represented illustrators; Judith Van Den Hoek, Mike Hall, Zoe More O’Ferrall, Natalia Sanabria, Chris Gilleard, Shauna Lynn Panczyszyn and paper sculptor Gail Armstrong.

Last, but by no means least we have included plenty of blank, lined & squared pages along with our Directory of Illustrators and 'Essentials'; comprising year planners, digital file reference and paper data. Due to popular demand we shall be distributing to larger numbers of our valued clients worldwide than ever before and will also be selling Scrapbook 8 via selected Art & Design bookstores and via Amazon.

To whet your appetite in the weeks leading up to the release of the issue, we will share some tidbits. Keep your eyes peeled on the blog for a release each week of the archive issues 1-7, along with feature articles never before digitally published.

Enjoy!
