Used as the logo and on the packaging for jams, jellies, chutneys, marmalades and other fresh products, Katharine's heron is more than a fine watercolour. Ouse Valley is also close to the River Ouse where herons are often seen stalking the water - giving inspiration to the commissioned artwork.
